We are the only pensions provider and administrator who themselves, or as part of a group, do not offer financial advice or sell financial products. As such we are truly independent and free of any potential conflict. If, in the course of our business, we are entitled to receive any money from a third party we rebate this to our clients unless they have specifically agreed that we should retain it. We only charge based on the work we do, not on the value of the fund or transaction. This makes our charges very competitive for larger funds. We trust you to manage your own money, and unlike many companies, are happy to deal direct with clients. Our emphasis is on long term relationships; we have many clients who have been with us for 20 years and our staff have been with us for an average of 7 years. |
