Personal service – We do not have an automated telephone service therefore your calls can be dealt with promptly by the appropriate member of staff.
Truly independent – We allow members to invest their funds in a wide range of investments provided they meet HMRC criteria.
Accommodating when possible – Some of our members wish to make investments that the majority of SIPP providers may not understand. We do extensive research into these investments and, if they prove acceptable, permit the investment to be made.
Technical capability – Having Michael Smith as our Technical Manager means we are always up to date with legislation and he is here to check the more unusual investments we are asked about.
Relationships – We pride ourselves on keeping the majority of our members with us for many years by ensuring they are treated as individuals and not just as ‘accounts’.
