We have set up a Malta company to provide a Qualifying Recognised Overseas Pension Scheme (QROPS), both the company and the pension scheme have been approved by the Malta Financial Services Authority. It was approved by HMRC on 22nd April 2010. MC Trustees (Malta) is under the same ownership as the small group of companies based in the United Kingdom who have been administering Small Self Administered Schemes (SSAS) since 1986 and Self Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPS) since 1995.
